It’s officially the 11th of December… which means we’re just 14 days away from Christmas.
Two weeks until the big day.
Two weeks until we gather with family, eat all the food, wrap all the gifts, and hopefully find a little magic in the chaos.
But let’s be honest, these next 14 days can be the busiest, most overwhelming days of the entire year.
And every December, we see the same story:
Our heads are full, our calendars are stacked, and our bodies are quietly whispering:
“Slow down… please?”
- This year, we’re choosing to listen.
- We’re choosing to move differently.
- We’re choosing to support ourselves before the pain hits, not after.
So today, with the countdown officially on, we’re sharing our Christmas Survival Guide to help us feel grounded, mobile, and pain-free all the way to Christmas morning.
1. These 14 Days Are Crucial — Don’t Ignore the Niggles
Right now is when the tension starts creeping in:
- more driving
- more lifting
- more standing
- more wrapping
- more stress
But these two weeks matter.
This is the time we start saying, “I’ll sort it in January.”
They set the tone for how your body feels through Christmas and into the New Year.
This year, we’re choosing small daily resets instead of letting things build until they explode.
2. Our Gift to Support You: The 7-Day Pain Relief Reset
To make these next 14 days easier, we’ve created something for us all:
This gentle reset helps us release stiffness, breathe better, move more freely, and calm that overloaded nervous system.
Think of it as your December lifeline. A little moment of “you” each day.
3. Don’t Stay in One Position Too Long
These next two weeks are full of:
- long drives to shops
- long meals
- long wrapping sessions
- long hours prepping for Christmas
Our bodies don’t mind any of these things, as long as we don’t stay in one position for too long.
So we’re using this rule:
- Every 20–30 minutes, change position.
- Stand → sit → walk → stretch → repeat.
- Small shifts = big relief.
4. The Wrapping Survival Strategy (Your Neck Will Thank You)
Gift wrapping is secretly one of the biggest neck and shoulder triggers of the season.
This year, we’re doing it smarter:
- Wrap at a table
- Swap sides regularly
- Keep your chin from dropping to your chest
- Take 30–60 second release breaks
- Roll your shoulders, breathe deep, reset
This is how we wrap without wrecking our necks.
5. Ready for Real Change in 2025? Start Before the New Year
If you’re feeling fed up with recurring pain…
If you’re tired of “managing” instead of improving…
If you want 2025 to be the year you feel strong again…
We’ve opened a 4-session Recovery Plan to support you properly.
And this December only:
🎉 The first 10 people to join get their first month FREE at The Den.
If your body has been calling for help, this is your moment.
6. Carve Out Tiny Moments for Yourself
Even with 14 days to go, we can still choose calm, softness, and presence.
Try this during the countdown:
✨ 10 minutes of stretching
✨ a quiet cup of tea
✨ a walk
✨ deep breathing
✨ journaling
✨ a warm bath
These tiny moments keep our nervous system steady, which keeps our pain down too.
7. Be Kinder to Yourself Than You Ever Have Been
The next 14 days are full of expectations — but we don’t need to carry all of them.
- We can say no.
- We can take breaks.
- We can ask for help.
- We can choose ease wherever possible.
This year, we’re not aiming for a “perfect Christmas.”
We’re aiming for a comfortable, connected, pain-reduced one.
That’s more than enough.
We’re 14 Days Away. Let’s Make Them Count.
Here’s how we begin:
We’re doing this together; stronger, calmer, and more supported than ever.
