Jodie has untangled my tight muscles from neck to bum! I have total faith in what she says and she provides a super efficient service, with homework exercises pinged to me by the time I get home and follow up messages to check my progress. I cannot recommend Sarah and Jodie at Dynamic Movement Therapy highly enough. Having endured significant neck and back pain for several months, and a poor experience with a local chiropractor, I luckily found Dynamic Movement Therapy. Jodie called me back within an hour of contacting them by email and spent considerable time discussing my issue. They booked an initial appointment within 2 days and managed to significantly ease my pain after the first session. They followed this up with a targeted plan of exercises which achieved improvements quickly. I have found them to be very caring and supportive with great follow up service. I first used DMT in Pulborough to great effect roughly 18 months ago. Currently I’m experiencing some back pain due to being out of shape really.

Using knowledge and skills developed during her training, and her intuitive way of working with my issue in its current stage, Jodie has developed a very considered  and helpful treatment and recovery plan.

I’m always impressed when Jodie tells me she has been coaching the youth national softball team at the weekend, or was away attending a training weekend.

She knows her stuff inside out and asks all the right questions to get a good idea of the issue and how to proceed.

Jodie also has a magic ability to unlock muscle tension and stress through massage that I’ve only rarely experienced in the past.

Jodie treated my calf which had a haematoma caused by a skiing injury. Excellent outcome. I then had a groin strain, very awkward in so many ways! Again Jodie sorted that injury. I was so impressed with Jodie,s professionalism  and also the fact that her treatment sorted out all my issues.
