Hi! I’m a sports therapist and I’m here to help you with any muscle and joint injuries you may have. I offer a range of treatments including massages, exercises and more to prevent injuries and help you recover. My specialty is working with active women between the ages of 20-40 who face challenges due to lower limb issues. I’m passionate about creating personalised plans that fit your lifestyle and activities, and making rehab a fun experience for younger athletes. My ultimate goal is to work with you to ensure you’re pain-free, stronger, and achieving your health and fitness goals.
