Lucy is a holistic practitioner, nervous system specialist, and meditation teacher dedicated to helping individuals restore balance and resilience. With a background in holistic counselling, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and health coaching, she blends science, psychology, and somatic healing in an integrative approach. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation to support emotional wellbeing, chronic stress recovery, and autoimmune healing. Through breathwork, somatic practices, mindset work, and guided meditation, Lucy helps clients move out of survival mode and into lasting, sustainable wellbeing.
