Senior Pilates & Women’s Wellness Coach

Julie is a Pilates teacher and women’s wellness coach dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and long-term vitality. With over 25 years of teaching experience and a career in the wellness industry spanning three decades, she combines strong technical expertise with practical adaptations for modern bodies in a thoughtful, structured approach.

Her work focuses on posture, mobility, and functional strength to support everyday movement, injury prevention, and healthy ageing. Through intelligently designed Pilates sessions and sustainable lifestyle strategies, Julie helps clients move better, feel stronger, and navigate midlife with clarity and confidence.

As a qualified 3rd Age Woman’s Wellness Coach, she also supports women through menopause with realistic, evidence-informed approaches to weight management, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing — empowering them to feel capable, resilient, and in control of their health.
