Hi there! I’m a sports therapist who aims to help my patients move better, feel good and be stronger. I use a range of techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, dry cupping, IASTM tools, ultrasound treatment, as well as prehab and rehab exercises to treat musculoskeletal and joint injuries. My friendly and reassuring approach puts patients at ease in the treatment room. In addition, I work as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach, which allows me to provide great, progressive prehab and rehab programmes to patients when necessary. After 3 weeks decided to contact Jodie. She was brilliant. Diagnosed the issue, worked on the leg muscles, drew up an exercise plan and regularly checked in on my progress. After 3 appointments I was 90% better. Six weeks later I'm back to running my usual distances with no discomfort at all. Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Jodie found the problem straight away and after 4 sessions he was back to fitness. The sessions though were only part of her rehabilitation care. Take home exercises were given for strengthening and warm up. There was also constant communication to see how he was doing and information about how to adjust his plan if needed. I would highly recommend DMT and Jodie for her professional and friendly consultations and fantastic ongoing communication. I was blown away by her dedication to her patients. My son last week played 3 different sports plus school Games, cycling and jogging. This is only possible because of Jodie's incredible physiotherapy skills.
