Yoga & Rehabilitation Movement Specialist

With over a decade of personal practice and as a 200-hour RYT certified teacher, Tom approaches yoga as a way to build confidence, reconnect with your body, and move with intention.

His classes combine Hatha and Vinyasa with a functional movement focus, developing strength, mobility, and body awareness. Expect clear, accessible guidance in a space free from ego—where the focus is on how your body feels, not how it looks.

Through a dynamic movement approach, Tom encourages you to better understand and trust your body, building resilience both on and off the mat. His teaching is rooted in making yoga relevant to modern life—simple, effective, and supportive.
