Yoga & Functional Movement Specialist

Mia is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and trained dancer with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, recover, and move with ease. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, mobility, and rehabilitation, she takes an informed and intuitive approach to movement.

Her work focuses on restoring mobility, improving strength, and supporting recovery through mindful, intentional practice. Blending elements of yoga, functional movement, and body awareness, Mia creates a space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and build resilience.

Through accessible, supportive classes, she welcomes all abilities, ages, and bodies — guiding each person to move with greater confidence, care, and ease.
